The Trade Show and Exhibition will be held at the Ocean Coral Spring Resort.

Option 1: 8ft x 8ft Booth Space in the Exhibition Marketplace
Cost: US$2,500.00 for the week

8ft x 8ft booth spaces will be available in the Exhibition Village, located at Ocean Coral Spring Resort for CWA 2026

  • Size: 8ft x 8ft
  • Professionally designed trussed-structure booth
  • Fully draped in theme colours: black back wall with green and yellow side drapes
  • Green turf grass flooring with a raised deck
  • Warm ambient lighting for each booth
  • One (1) 6ft trestle table with covering
  • Two (2) white folding chairs
  • Central Cooling System
  • One (1) 110V electrical power outlet
  • Internet access via Wi-Fi
  • Custom-designed display sign
  • These exhibitions will run from Sunday, September 27, 2026 to Thursday, October 1, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Option 2: Interior tabletop exhibition spaces in the meeting rooms
Cost: US$1,500.00 for the week

  • Located at the back of the technical session meeting room in the convention centre
  • One (1) 6ft trestle table with covering
  • Two (2) white folding chairs
  • Central cooling system
  • One (1) 110V electrical power outlet.
  • Internet access via Wi-Fi
  • These exhibitions will run from Sunday, September 27, 2026 to Thursday, October 1, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Option 3: Exterior tabletop spaces on the outside of the meeting rooms
Cost: US$1,000.00 for the week

  • Located external to the meeting rooms
  • One (1) 6ft trestle table with covering
  • Two (2) white folding chairs
  • One (1) 110V electrical power outlet
  • Central Cooling System
  • Internet access via Wi-Fi
  • These exhibitions will run from Sunday, September 27, 2026 to Thursday, October 1, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Notes:
  1. Exhibition setup to commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 10:00 am
  2. Exhibition setup to be completed by 12 noon on Sunday, September 27, 2026
  3. Exhibitors not staying at the hotel are required to purchase a day pass for US$90.00 per day for each person
  4. The exhibition will run from Sunday, September 27, 2026 to Thursday, October 1, 2026 (5 days)
  5. Exhibitions in the main exhibition area will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily
  6. Exhibitions in the external areas will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily

  • Sunday, September 27, 2026: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • Exhibition setup to be completed by no later than 12 noon on Sunday, September 27, 2026
